At Oak & Alder, we believe that receiving your order should be as enjoyable and effortless as discovering it. Below you’ll find all the details about how we ship our products to you.


Shipping Options

We currently offer two delivery options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: Arrives within 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: Arrives within 1–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.


Processing Time

Every order is carefully packed and shipped from our fulfillment center within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed, followed by a tracking link once it’s on its way.

Delivery Estimates & Delays

We always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However, delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors outside our control β€” such as weather, customs delays, or carrier disruptions.
Because of this, we can’t guarantee on-time delivery, but we’ll always do everything we can to make sure your order arrives safely and promptly.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, please contact us right away at hello@oakandalder.com. We’ll work directly with our shipping partners to make it right.
